"Yeah. She did say something like that. Ben, I can't shake the feeling that this is some sort of trap." Haley looked up at him. "We don't even...." It suddenly dawned on her. "Spike's a vampire. I remember reading about him. They called him Spike because he used to torture his victims with railroad spikes."

Ben thought for a second. "Well.. do you think there's a chance he's a good vampire? I can't see Mr. Holland sending someone dangerous."

"Let's go with one of my favourites." Ben said and made his way over to the large cabinate that stored all of their movies. "Forest Gump." He announced and pulled it off the shelf.

He hit PLAY and sat beside Haley on the couch, and brought his arm around her. "When I was young I thought Forest Gump was a true story." He laughed.

Haley laughed. "Well, every dog has his day as the old saying goes." She leaned her head back on his shoulder and closed her eyes.

Ben watched the movie for a few minutes. When he turned back to say something to her he noticed her eyes were closed. "Haley?" He said quietly, to see if she was awake or not.
