She looked over at him with a smile. "Thank you. I'm glad that someone sees what happened to me as real. Everyone just pretends like it was some strange alternate reality. No one ever talks about it."

"Looks like we have more in common than a presidency and being top of our classes. Don't worry, I won't ask." She assured him with a smile.

"This is my stop.' He said as the taxi pulled over. Ben reached into his pocket and paid the driver. He turned back towards Haley to say goodbye, but got the urge to do something else instead, something he had been wanting to do for awhile. Ben leaned forward and kissed her.

Haley was shocked for a second or two before easing into the kiss. After a few seconds she broke away with a smile. "Wow."

"I - uh. Have to go.' He said quickly. 'Have a good night." He added before slipping out of the car. Slightly embarrassed he walked into his building. Ben felt like he owed her more of an explination, but truthfully he could think of one.

Haley blinked a few times before smiling widely and telling the cab driver where to go. She wasn't sure that she believed that he actually kissed her.
